Latinos aren’t doing shit either. We sit around an talk so much shit in between the blunt hits and we never take action. Shit is mad disappointing. We just bitch and never take action. We drop out of school, we dedicate our life to smoking weed, like for real, that’s what your life is sitting around and not doing shit meanwhile your father is deported and no way to cross the threshold of a country where his children live. I don’t give a fuck if you smoke weed, its whatever, but when you dedicate all aspects of your life to it when we got real issues going on that’s the problem. Yeah I might drink or smoke or what have you but that ain’t shit, I am still well aware of the injustices going on in our society to this very day. I’d be a bitch if I didn’t try to change that. Especially when they hit so close to home.
So what I say to all of you, get educated, be an intellectual, graduate, be somebody big, STAND FOR SOMETHING or fall for anything. Cause I know dam well the sacrifices given by my parents and you should recognize too. I’m done with being second class, that’s not the future I want for my family or my people. Come on y’all.
